Janelle E. Taylor is the founder and CEO of JTOA Corporation. She is a career program management professional of 25+ years with a specialization in contract management and project management. Ms. Taylor has gained her client's outstanding performance of exceeding critical requirements in the process of solving complex problems while saving customers time and budget. Ms. Taylor is an impactful leader who empowers teams by inspiring innovation in uncertainty while delivering beyond expectations. She has been recognized, as Contractor of the Quarter by the Department of Homeland Security for innovative, time-saving techniques that led to three simultaneous high-dollar source selections that obtained approved Congressional signature. Ms. Taylor serves on various committees as a trusted advisor and has authored business and academic publications. Her vision of a transformative organization includes three tiers of synchronized optimization, that focus on: "People, Performance, and Products."
